„Beeindruckend. Wir waren mitten im Geschehen, direkt neben der Kathedrale
Lage
Falsch bestellter Shuttle (wir waren zu fünft, beim Surtle Service wurden nur 4 Personen angegeben), was zu längerer Wartezeit und Problemlösung am Flughafen geführt hat. Würde das beim nächsten mal selber bestellen, dann klappt das mit der Personenanzahl. Abholshuttle zum Flughafen hat auch nicht funktioniert und es war niemand an der Rezeption oder über die angegebene Telefonnummer erreichbar.
